2015 Dancers!!

We are thrilled to announce that we will be hosting an exciting multi day music and dance event in Owen Sound and area in May 2015!!!

The Country Dance and Song Society is an organization with members from all over the US and Canada that promotes participatory dance, music and song that have roots in North American and English culture. They educate, support and connect participants. The society is celebrating their centennial next year. We applied to be one of the stops on their celebration tour and we were chosen, one of only 2 stops in Canada!! Here is a link to their website so you can learn a little more about the organization and the tour.

A small committee of team leaders has been recruited and will be looking for assistance and ideas with regard to venues, programming and ways to reach out to people in our community who have not been part of the dance community in the past.

We will let you know what is happening as we get plans in place. If you'd like to be involved, please call Sally at 519-372-9151.
